UL 10th Anniversary Promotional Offer T&C

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the promotional campaign on occasion of 10 years of ����ý herein called as “10th Birthday Bonanza” (“Offer”) conducted by ����ý Accommodation Pvt. Ltd. and/or its affiliates (“����ý / UL / Company”). By availing any benefit under this Offer, the participant agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Offer Period

1.1. The Offer is valid for a limited promotional period as communicated by ����ý (“Offer Period”).

1.2. The Company reserves the right to extend, modify or withdraw the Offer at its sole discretion without any prior notice. Participants are advised to periodically check the official website for any updates or changes to the offer.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Offer is open to individuals who are legally competent to contract and successfully book eligible student accommodation through ����ý during the Offer Period.

2.2. The Offer is not available for cancelled, fraudulent, or duplicate bookings.

2.3. ����ý reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject any claim that does not meet the eligibility criteria.

3. Promotional Benefits

Eligible customers may receive one or more of the following promotional benefits, subject to these T&Cs:

3.1. Up to 10 Weeks Rent Free

• Applicable only on select properties, cities, room types, and tenancies as decided by ����ý

• The rent-free benefit shall be applied in the manner determined by the property partner (e.g., prorated discount, upfront deduction, or instalment adjustment).

• The exact number of rent-free weeks may vary by property and booking.

3.2. 10% Off Flights

• Provided via a third-party travel partner or voucher mechanism, as determined by ����ý. The flight-related benefit may be offered to selected eligible participants who have successfully completed an accommodation booking through ����ý during the Offer Period. The selection of recipients shall be at the sole discretion of ����ý.

• Discount applicability, routes, blackout dates, and redemption mechanics will be governed by the partner’s terms.

• ����ý is not responsible for flight availability, cancellations, or airline services.

• Flight-related benefits are subject to airline availability, operational routes, and applicable partner terms at the time of booking. ����ý shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, route restrictions, regulatory limitations, or other circumstances beyond its control that may affect flight services.

3.3. £10 Off Uber Eats

• Provided in the form of a promo code or voucher.

• Redemption subject to the applicable terms of Uber Eats and regional availability.

• The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

4. Conditions Precedent

4.1. Benefits are unlocked only after successful booking confirmation and payment of the required advance/first installment and completion of any verification required by ����ý or the property partner.

4.2. If the booking is cancelled, withdrawn, or found in breach of terms, all associated promotional benefits shall stand revoked.

4.3. Promotional benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless expressly stated by ����ý.

5. Exclusions

5.1. The Offer cannot be combined with certain other promotions, referral bonuses, or partner-specific deals unless expressly stated.

5.2. Not valid on existing or retroactive bookings, internal transfers or tenancy takeovers (unless approved), and group bookings where specifically excluded.

5.3. Limited inventory applies, and benefits are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The nature, value, and availability of promotional benefits may vary depending on property, location, and booking details.

6. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

6.1. Flight discounts and Uber Eats benefits are fulfilled by independent third parties.

6.2. ����ý acts solely as a facilitator and shall not be liable for service quality, redemption failures, partner withdrawal, technical issues, or any loss arising from the use of third-party services.

6.3. Users must comply with the respective partner terms at the time of redemption.

7. Fraud, Misuse & Verification

7.1. The Company reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, withhold benefits and/or cancel bookings linked to abuse, misrepresentation, or fraudulent behaviour.

7.2. Any attempt to manipulate the Offer will result in disqualification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ����ý shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with this Offer nor towards any third-party claims.

9. Modification & Force Majeure

9.1. ����ý reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer in case of events beyond reasonable control, including partner withdrawal, regulatory changes, or technical disruptions.

9.2. Any updated terms will be effective upon publication on the Company’s platform.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, in relation to any dispute that may arise.
